Holder Resources Inc. Sponsors U.S. Embassy's 4th of July Event
Holder Resources Inc. proudly sponsored the U.S. Embassy's 4th of July celebration in Guyana. During this event Lance Mishleau (CEO), had the honor of meeting with the President of Guyana, his Excellency Irfaan Ali, and the U.S.Ambassador to Guyana, Nicole Theriot.
In her speech, Ambassador Theriot highlighted the remarkable growth in trade between Guyana and the U.S., which has surged from $400 million to $4.6 billion annually. She also noted the presence of 100 U.S. companies now operating within Guyana. We at HRI are particularly proud of our Guyana roots going back 30+ years to when our founders U.S. grandfather first came to do business in Guyana in 1993.
President Ali emphasized the transformative potential of this growth, stating, “We are both committed to the task of building an unbreakable friendship and relationship that is grounded in respect, values, and the rule of law.” He further acknowledged the role of American businesses saying, “We are seeing tremendous collaboration and participation of the US private sector in Guyana and we welcome that! We want to see this greater integration!” (full video below)
When asked about the event, HRI CEO Lance Mishleau stated, "The energy and excitement surrounding Guyana's emergence is palpable. Guyana's ascent is a unique historical event supported by a solid foundation of sustainable initiatives.
